Assist the chef with the preparation and cooking of dinner. Rotate the lunch preparation and cooking duties with the chef. Responsible for the cold kitchen service including salads, appetizers and desserts. This is a small team based operation and the ability to work well in all aspects is required including assisting with the ordering, preparations, cleaning, special events, etc.
Seasonally Open from April thru October - this position is available from April/May thru October. |
| Habilidades: |
Training in kitchen skills and previous work experience is required. Pastry chef skills are a plus. Ability to communicate in Greek is required with English and/or Bulgarian helpful. |
