Three-years post-doc involving academic research as well as consultancy for Belgacom (Belgium).
Collaboration with Vlerick School and Solvay Business School to develop concepts and tools useful to transform corporate culture towards Corporate Social Responsibility.
Liaison with European & International initiatives such as CSR Europe, GRLI, UNGC to ensure complementarities of services and wider brand reputation
The objectives are:
- to elaborate a normative model of responsible leadership in this 21st century; then operationalize this model by adapting it to the specificities of Belgacom, help Belgacom and its management team transform their culture and their behaviours in accordance with this new model of leadership
- to build a training program for executives and managers of Belgacom in this field and to elaborate a menue of other training opportunities available on the market which could suit the CSR needs of other Belgacom functions
- to provide support to the Louvain CSR Pole of Excellence and participate to the improvement of CSR teaching in the three management schools involved in the project

| Habilidades: |
For this project, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic postdoctoral researcher (with a PhD degree) with affinity for both management science and Corporate Social Responsibility. Preference will go to candidates having already an experience within an enterprise or with the business community.
Furthermore the candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Ability to work in a team, and to collaborate with other disciplines
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
The successful candidate will be part of the CSR Pole of Excellence based at the IAG-Louvain School of Management, Université catholique de Louvain.
The Louvain CSR pole of excellence promotes teaching, fundamental research, applied research and consultancy services in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in order to inspire all those involved in running organizations, including not-for-profit ones. It combines disciplines as varied as human resources management, marketing, company law, social law, economic and social ethics, philosophy, sociology of organisations, etc., and contributes to major developments and reflections concerning the relationships between business and society. The Louvain CSR pole of Excellence brings together people notably from the Center Entreprise-Environment and the Chaire Hoover, and is involved in different international networks among which the Global Responsible Leadership Initiative (GRLI), the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and the Corporate Social Responsibility Europe (CSR Europe).
