For our Client: Saudi Arabian Bechtel Corporation, we are searching for Reports Engineer, who would like to take part in the largest ongoing civil engineering project in the world today: Jubail City II in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Assigned to Project Controls Group, and seconded to Planning & Budget Department, Royal Commission. Responsible for issuing reports required by Bechtel and Royal Commission Management. The candidate will provide early visibility of progress and performance along with necessary corrective actions to mitigate delays. Specific tasks include but not limited to the following:
· Issuance of Project Bi-Monthly/Monthly/Bi-Weekly Progress Reports.
· Automation / Streamlining of departmental reports.
· Support the Planning & Budget Department in planning, coordinating and establishing a comprehensive reporting structure for Royal Commission Management.
· Establish common format for reporting progress and performance produced by different project entities.
· Be able to work with various project groups within the organization to produce various program reports.
Status: Single Status posting (Married/Family may be possible at employee’s own expense). |
| Habilidades: |
· College/University Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with minimum ten (10) years experience in Engineering and Construction Industry.
· At least five (5) years work experience as Senior Project Controls Engineer on Heavy Civil / Infrastructure projects.
· Sound knowledge of establishing project plans / budgets and reporting earned / forecasted progress.
· Advanced knowledge of programming in Microsoft Access, Excel and Word.
· Previous experience with Bechtel and Middle East desirable. |
