Organizational Development Manager with Manufacturing Experience:

We’re looking for a mid-level Organizational Development (OD) Manager for our Dallas, Texas office. The OD Manager will provide expertise and leadership to identify, design and manage initiatives for improved organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will support the corporate talent management strategy with emphasis on succession planning, talent assessment and the identification of high potential employees among the workforce. We are looking for an innovative and creative thinker with desire to be a team player!

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in OD, HR, Business coupled with 5 – 8 years of demonstrated experience in organizational development as an employee (non-consultant). Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and tracking talent management programs and processes. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing training programs, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and knowledge of talent management trends and best practices. Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action and manage complexity is required. Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to build and leverage internal and external relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
An advanced degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development experience for a manufacturing/industrial company.
