This is Job Profile where the candidate will work with a Reputed Bank as a Customer Service Representative for the Bank Customers. The candidate will be given a good amount of training.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound Calls / Customer Service queries.
- Cross Selling the banks products.
Qualifications:
- Needs to be a Graduate.
- Should be fluent in English / Hindi.
This would be a Salary + Incentive based profile. The candidate can look forward to getting an appraisal / increment after completeing a year at the Organization.
The preferred candidate would be the one who is planning to stay long term with the Company / Organization. A person who currently doing Masters or Higher or is planning to go Abroad would be less preferred.
Salary:
The salary a candidate will get is 8000 Rs. monthly and 96000 yearly. |
