We are looking for enthusiastic, vibrant and energetic individuals ready to work on commission to join the sales team.
The Direct Sales Executives will be responsible for growing the loan portfolio by selling and marketing the company’s products.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver set sales targets
• Implement strategic sales plan
• Ensure client satisfaction through excellent client service
• Establish strong relationships with clients and build a sustainable customer base
• Monitoring competitive activity and finding opportunities for new client acquisition
Knowledge and skills
• Demonstrate strong sales and marketing skills
• Certificate/Diploma in sales and marketing will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good client service
• Should be result-oriented, dynamic and self-driven
• High integrity with a high degree of professionalism
