General Work Scope
To Supervise Helang 2 Drilling Operations.The candidate is responsible for the day-to-day on wellsite planning and executing of drilling activities while maximizing HSE and operational efficiency. The candidate is also responsible for implementation of all the company’s policies, procedures and guidelines on drilling operations, safety and environmental protection. The candidate requirements would be a senior representative at wellsite and is responsible for the first line response and problem solving of non-planned operations

| Habilidades: |
Minimum Experience and Qualification
FIRST Personnel
• Minimum 20 years drilling experience;
• Minimum 10 years experience in oil/gas well drilling supervisory position – well familiar with oil/gas testing operation procedures, equipment and data quality control
• Experience of drilling sub-sea wells on a tender assisted drilling unit and SIMOPS
• Possession of a valid IWCF at combined surface and sub-sea supervisory level
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
• Skills to use Microsoft Office and DIMS reporting purpose
• Readiness to work with different cultures and nationalities.
Second Personnel
• Minimum 15 years drilling experience;
• Minimum 8 years experience in oil/gas well drilling supervisory position – well familiar with oil/gas testing operation procedures, equipment and data quality control
• Experience of drilling sub-sea wells on a tender assisted drilling unit and SIMOPS
• Possession of a valid IWCF at combined surface and sub-sea supervisory level
