HR Manager-MNC
Based: Dubai
Our client is a leading multinational player in IT services and solutions in the fields of consultancy, design, system integration and value based out sourcing. They are looking for a top-notch HR manager to lead this function for one of their newly created business divisions.
Reporting to the MD, you will be completely in-charge of HR functions right from implementing HR strategies, performance management and appraisal, employee orientation, development, and training to managing the routine tasks such as leave records, etc. You will also be responsible for compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping, employee services and managing the day-to-day operation of the HR office. Additionally, in this position you will integrate the company’s global HR systems, policies and procedures and adapt them to UAE/GCC processes and policies and ensure that they are as per the local labor laws.

| Habilidades: |
To qualify for this role, you must have at-least 10 years of experience in HR function with at-least 3-5 years in the UAE in a MNC preferably from IT/Telecom sectors. You must be an expert in the UAE/GCC labour laws and have a track record of successfully managing HR functions independently. Degree holder/MBA/HR qualification/ willing to travel in the region are pre-requisites to apply.
