Our client in Gibraltar who are continually expanding are now looking for a Player Insight Consultant to monitor the marketing and gaming activities of their competitors to maximise player lifetime value. You will be required to; Take responsibility for the collation and dissemination of crucial competitor intelligence throughout the marketing department; Play on all key competitor sites on a daily basis in order to gather information on competitor activity; Develop a data system to monitor the ongoing activities of competitors; Produce regular reports for marketing colleagues; Design, administer and review regular online player surveys and Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape. You will need to possess the experience of dealing in industries with a large number of retail customers (e.g. large Internet, credit card, retail banking, airline, retail businesses); have a strong market research focus, as well as excellent numerical and analytical skills and experience of playing poker would be an distinct advantage. |
