Our clients, who are a global insurance company with over $110 billions of assets worldwide, currently have the need for a commercial underwriter to play a significant role in a well-established unit. Based in their Head Office in Redhill, the role will involve handling business for rail, bus and multi-modal transportation companies. High levels of personal underwriting authority will be granted commensurate with degrees of expertise.
Although candidates with experience dealing in this field are hard to find, applicants must have previous underwriting experience in, commercial property, motor fleet, motor trade or EL/PL risks. Preference will be given to those that have made good progress towards ACII qualification.
On offer is a generous salary to £34,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package and excellent opportunities for further training and career progression. |
