A brand new start up insurance company has been created in central Croydon to operate as a multi-channel, multi-product and multi-brand approach supported by a single IT platform. Targeting intermediaries they will be a new entrant to this market, selling a full range of Personal Lines and Commercial Small Medium Enterprise (SME) products. They expect to write approximately £300m of business in the broker channel (split approximately evenly between personal lines and commercial SME) within 5 years of launch
They currently have the need for 4 Call Centre Team Leaders to lead, motivate and develop a contact centre team to provide an efficient, professional, friendly and high quality standard of service. Focusing on dealing with customer enquiries and pro-actively selling and promoting products you will have previous team leader experience and have a progressive approach as well as a proven ability to personally deliver constantly high standards of quality in a Sales/Customer Service delivery environment.
In return successful applicants will receive a generous salary with full company benefits as well as an attractive commission structure with the ability to earn up £1,000 per month.
