Work and Live in Australia
My client is seeking to employ 2 x English speaking Mechanical or Process Engineers to work and live in Australia. They are the largest privately owned manufacturer of its type in Australia with Branches in every capital city in Australia and New Zealand. My client exports its product to over 20 countries worldwide including France, Germany and the US. They will sponsor (Visa) and provide flights and initial accommodation to the selected candidate and their family. A competitive salary package will be provided including annual salary review and a monthly bonus system (available to all staff).
The skills and experience required are
- English Language skills
- University Education and degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering
- 5 years Post Graduate experience in Product Manufacturing or Process engineering
- Proficient in Pro E software applications or other CAD design programmes
- Familiar with GDAT ( Geometric dimension and tolerance)
- Ability to troubleshoot basic electronic circuitry
- Knowledge of Quality Systems
- Able to produce reports in a timely manner
- Able to meet agreed deadlines
- Hands on, an engineer that is willing to work and train production people in processes
- these are senior positions within our engineering team
Preferred skills
- Basic knowledge of Injection Moulding processes
- Knowledge of metal stamping and assembly
- Able to work on multiple projects
