Head Chef
Our client requires a Head Chef for a new Pan Asian restaurant opening in Amsterdam in May 2008.
He/she must have experience in a similar position for at least 3/5 years.
You must be competent to train and develop staff at all levels in food knowledge, health, safety and hygiene.
You will work closely with suppliers and develop a good working relationship.
Working to a food G/P and wages that will be set by the operations manager.
Salary 35.000 plus bonus structure and benefits.
