Our clients in Gibraltar are looking for a Building Project Manager who will demonstrate leadership at all times. The project manager will report directly to the Operations manager and will perform and carry out the duties as delegated by him. Responsibilities will include: Attending pre and post sub contactor tender interviews, planning and directing the work of sub-contractors to meet the targets, chair site meetings, Ensure Health and Safety plans and Risk Assessments are evaluated and are up to date, Establish site rules and enforce them, hold regular meetings with section/site Managers to review performance, quality, Health & Safety and welfare. Arrange and chair subcontractor progress meetings. Maintain the commitment and motivation of the staff, Ensure preliminaries Budget is adhered to and costs are known. The successful applicant should be able to build and maintain relationships with key suppliers/sub contractor to assist contribution to business performance and should carry out any other duties as delegated by the OM/CM, as may be necessary from time to time to meet the project needs. |
