Sandwich Dressers: Sandwich dressers are there to dress the sandwich. At Lenny's Sub Shop we start from the right and go to the left. The main thing to remember is:
Onions, lettuce, oil
tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano
pickles, hot pepper relish, mayo
Remember that in that very order and you will do just fine.
Sandwich dressers will occasionally take orders from the front or the drive-thru also. Sandwich dressers are responsible for keeping the dressing area and dining area clean and sanitary at all times as well as stocked with all Lenny's products. Sandwich dressers are responsible for providing superb customer service to our dine-in guests and also to our on-the-go guests as well. Making the customer feel welcome in our establishment is our main goal.
Cooks: Lenny's is looking for a few experienced cooks to help out in the kitchen. We are looking for AM/PM workers. Cooks are responsible for grill orders and also may dress some sandwiches. Cooks must maintain a sanitary work area at all times. |
