Design Director Architect (March 4/08)
Archibat is seeking a Design Director for an
International Architectural Agency. Present in North
America, Europe and Asia, this international firm is
Composed of 7 offices and more than 200 employees around
The world. The head office is located in Canada. Its core
Business is global and large scale projects. 1 open position in
Beijing and 1 in Shanghai.
You will make decisions and recommendations that are
Recognized as authoritative and have an important impact on
Extensive architectural activities. You will also develop new
Projects and deal with conditions (budget, schedules,
Fees, ...). You will manage and supervise the work of a large
Staff of architects and technicians. Then you may be in
Contact with client.
You should be proficient in CAD and graphic skills. At least
10 years’experience, a good english and a significative
Experience in large scale project. An international
Professional experience is preferred.
You should have an excellent oral and communication skills
In order to manage and to work in team. You must
Demonstrate creativity, foresight and mature architectural
Judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented
Architectural problems. You may be able to manage a
Variety of projects to meet client program, design and
Financial requirements.
