Canadian Firm Looking For Experienced Welders!
Ebco Industries Ltd. Operates one of the largest machining, fabrication and assembly facilities in Western Canada.
ASME or Cwb “a” Level qualification or equivalent.
At least 5 years experience in medium to heavy metal fabrications
Must Speak and Read English Well
Welding Techniques and Processes:
A) All position welding in FCAW (Flux Cored Are Welding) and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding).
B)Flat and horizontal position in GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding and Metal Cored) (MIG)
C) A SAW (Sub Arc Welding) experience would be an advantage.
Materials:
Carbon Steels and Stainless Steels.

Essential Skills:
Interpret welding process specifications, read and interpret welding symbols and blueprints (drawings).
Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment.
Have knowledge in operating turn tables and rolls.
Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (Arc Air - gouging).
Operate and handle hoisting and lifting equipment.
Reading blue prints and welding symbols.
Be able to examine welds and ensure that they meet standard and specification.
Have safety knowledge. (Worksafe).
