• To provide continuous, coordinated and comprehensive business integrated risk management and security service of the highest quality, by ensuring that risks to company personnel, assets and business operations/activities within the Caucasus are properly identified, evaluated and mitigated in a timely and cost effective manner. • Provide timely advice based on analysis/assessment of security risk/threat and impact to enable well informed business decision. • Contribute to the Planning Cycle to meet Local Business and Regional Functional objectives. • Develop and execute security plans to meet company business objectives. • Continuously review, implement and maintain effective security policy, procedures and practices to ensure safety and protection of personnel, assets, information and business operational activities. • Plan and conduct security enquiries, investigations and reviews of security breaches. • Co-ordinate Risk and Crisis Management processes to ensure that proactive assessment of, planning for and management of Risks and Crises are carried out within the Company. • Develop and maintain appropriate level of fire prevention and fire fighting system to mitigate fire risk. • Assist the End Market/Area/Business Unit Head of AIT to develop an AIT strategy, have it approved by the Top Team/Management Board/End Market Leadership Team and then drive its implementation. To report on progress against pre-agreed milestones and, where appropriate, adjust the strategy in reaction to market developments. • Monitor security situation and take proactive measures to minimize security risk to the business commensurate to the dynamic security environment. • Assessment, planning and execution of those Crisis Management activities that are the direct responsibility of the Security Function i.e. Kidnap and Ransom, Malicious Product Contamination and Extortion, Evacuation, Civil/Military Unrest. • Leverage understanding and support of stakeholders (internal and external) to support better-informed decisions in addressing security concerns / issues effectively. • Drive effectiveness and efficiency of the security budget and other security related costs. • Assess, evaluate, plan and arrange third party security and fire services. Monitor the effectiveness of contractual services and review service scopes. • To monitor the effectiveness of controls over the sale of our own product in order to ensure that it is not being systematically diverted into illicit channels in either own or other markets. • Establish and develop plans to enhance security awareness within the Company. • Develop supportive and customer services orientated culture in the security team and lead them to act as a key supporting function adding value to the business and linking the Company guiding principles. • Coach and develop a security team consistent with role profile and business needs. • Participate in OpCo Talent Review and develop robust development and succession plans for own department. • To establish and then lead a proactive programme of intelligence gathering to identify the producers, routes and traders involved in illicit trade. This will involve developing intelligence gathering processes for internal staff (sales force) and the recruitment of external service providers. • Continually seek opportunities for innovation and increase efficiency on security system, process and measures. • Identify and exploit security trends / developments to capitalise security in a cost effective way. • Development and implementation of Security Awareness Programmes for all employees and where appropriate valued business partners, to ensure full cross-functional commitment to security policies, procedures and strategies through communication, education and evaluation of initiatives. • Together with internal and/or external legal advisors, review existing laws and regulations to determine if they represent an effective deterrent and, where necessary, identify and lobby for improvements to be made

| Habilidades: |
• At least 8 years experience in security. • In depth, comprehensive knowledge of security management, combined with previous experience in law enforcement or military service or corporate security in the private sector. • Management of internal or contracted security personnel. • Extensive knowledge of intelligence collection, collation, interpretation, evaluation, assessment and exploitation. • Extensive knowledge of investigative procedures, obtaining and preserving evidence, handling of human and technical sources of information and the preparation of case summaries and reports. • Significant knowledge of the organisation and operating procedures of police, customs and national intelligence agencies in the CAUCASUS and beyond. Commercial experience. • Ideally a degree level qualification coupled with a relevant professional qualification of military/and/or police institution (staff college/defence college or equivalent) and formal qualification in security management. (Market specific). • Effective communication, presentation and facilitation skills. • Produce timely, accurate, detailed and concise written and verbal reports/reviews. • Coaching ability. • Team player. • Displays initiative and has attention to detail. • High level of personal integrity. • Trustworthy.
