Our client is a fast growing airline company with bases in all Europe providing flight to almost 50 destinations around the continent. In the next three years, the company would like to operate 100 Airbus liners. Due to that fact, our client would like to employ new employees within the maintenance department.
Responsibilities:
To co-ordinate and control all line and light maintenance activity across the network, liaising with the OCC, maintenance providers, flight and cabin crew, OEMs, and other suppliers.
Specific activities include
Create and manage a 14-day plan of all line and light maintenance activity on the fleet, incorporating all routine and non-routine work
this plan will detail exactly when and where the work will take place
work with OCC to update maintenance plan as a result of changes to the operational plan
ensure compliance with all scheduled maintenance, including daily and weekly checks
Monitor all aircraft condition data to understand status of the fleet, and develop necessary actions to rectify any findings before they affect the operation
initially, aircraft condition data will be obtained from post-flight reports
once ACARS data transfer is working effectively and Airman is installed, all condition data will be sent via ACARS, and downloaded into Airman for analysis
Monitor all deferred defects across the fleet and ensure plans are in place to rectify each within the allowed time limit
Track and analyse repetitive and recurring defects across the fleet
Liaise with flight crews to understand and advise on technical arisings as and when they happen
Liaise with maintenance suppliers at each base to understand and advise on technical arisings as and when they happen
Ensure maintenance resource is located for all non-scheduled arisings in the most expeditious manner possible
Manage the AOG management process
ensuring that material, tools, equipment and manpower are co-located with aircraft as quickly as possible to return aircraft to service
Co-ordinate logistics requirements with the stores team in KTW
Day-to-day supplier management of maintenance suppliers
Analysis of all delays coded as technical, and re-coding if required |
| Habilidades: |
Requirements:
Relevant engineering degree and/or EASA JAR-66 qualified
Five years relevant work experience of which two years should be from the aviation industry in an appropriate position
B1/B2 approval on A320 family aircraft is desirable
Previous experience within a JAR-OPS 1 approved organization, and familiarity with EASA Part M and Part 145 requirements
Previous maintenance control and/or line maintenance experience would be an advantage
Driver’s license
Fluent English essential, Hungarian and/or Polish desirable |
