Develops, implements and manages wireless sales (net adds, data features among others) and marketing programs for assigned retailer accounts to ensure attainment of established sales channel growth objectives.
1. Financial Accountability - Meets and exceeds strategic objectives for assigned accounts. Foster and develop key relationships with store managers and sales reps to ensure AT&T is top-of-mind with them in their sales process. Conducts effective marketing and sales training presentations. Conduct regular sales meetings with assigned accounts, sales representatives and management. Focus on increasing revenue potential by selling AT&T data features and access revenue per unit.
2. Customer Experience - Develops and maintains supportive relationship with existing accounts to meet sales objectives. Provides feedback on AT&T performance and attractiveness in the market by observing and analyzing market conditions and sales trends. Focus on retaining customers by observing demographic buying habits and providing updated product and promotional information that best meet customer's needs. Provide expertise on selling skills.
3. Operational - Provides timely, up to date assessment of local competitive promotions, rate plans and coverage areas. Based on day to day analysis of the competitive offers, provide recommendations on why AT&T is the preferred option. Track and report results of sales activities. Educate sales professionals on the resources available to them and how to use them to maximize sales effectiveness. Insure adequate supplies of the materials are available to merchandise locations. Implement regular program of stores visits on an established schedule using tracking forms to provide feedback to local management. Uphold AT&T values and business ethics and maintain the highest level of confidentiality concerning AT&T assets and proprietary information as well as that of each agent. Provide trainings to agents in order to ensure AT&T sales marketing, promotional campaigns are implemented effectively.
Scheduled work week is Tuesday through Saturday and requires some evenings, weekends and Sundays. Most holidays will be required.

| Habilidades: |
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of outside sales or sales management experience.
- Needs to be proficient in Office Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and POS.com among others.
- Preferred or ideal candidate is one that has indirect sales experience, working with and managing National Retail and/or agent accounts.
- Must be a sales driver with proven track records.
- Preferred or ideal candidate is one who is working or has worked with AT&T and is familiar with all AT&T processes.
This position is classified as a driving position. The chosen candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record and meet the minimum requirements of the AT&T Mobility Driving policy.
