What a Customer Service Specialist does:
Customer Service Specialist provides Excellent Customer Service by giving appropriate and accurate responses to customer queries while meeting quality, productivity and schedule adherence performance standards.
o Handle customer calls in a timely manner.
o Provide consistent, high quality service and accurate information to customers.
o Interaction with customer may be via a number of different mechanisms, including: phone, e-mail, and fax.
o Proactively follow-up on Customer orders, Customer challenges and needs.
o Respond appropriately within scope of job, Simple Floors capabilities and Customer desires.
o They are required to be extremely flexible in their work hours, including working during U.S. daytime hours (night in the Philippines). |
| Habilidades: |
Qualifications :
• Prior customer service experience necessary.
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
• Accurate typing skills, Computer and Internet proficient.
• Problem solving skills ( following instructions, comfort with basic math, ability to “think on feet”)
• Excellent communication skills (listening, summarizing)
• Personal Impact (presence, confidence, empathy and ability to deal with difficult/upset customers)
• Driven (desire to excel, high energy level, ability to deal with stress)
• Willing to work shifts
