Job Description
A post graduate senior management professional preferably qualified from premier management institute. The incumbent should have 20yrs of senior level management experience in recruitment and placement from a reputed placement organization in India and overseas. Excellent in communications at all levels along with the ability to develop strong operational strategies and exceptional planning and execution skills to achieve the business goals. The applicant should have proven track record in manpower placement consultancy and developing the same from its inception to a profit center. Financial savvy with strategic vision to build a business for a long-term while managing bottom-line profitability. Demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate and retain strong talent for all functional areas.
The incumbent will be responsible for developing this business in India and overseas therefore requires extensive traveling around the globe.

Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/Doctorate in HR from a reputed institute, preferably premier with 10-15 years of experience in the Human Resource function in the service industries employing workforce of 200+ in respect of handling all HR functions.
Instrumental in positioning HR function as value creating and solution focused. Having financial acumen and metrics to measure everything that HR does from cost benefit point of view.
