The job - will develop sustainable knowledge management strategies supporting the execution of long life contracts engineered across the world. The rapid expansion our Client is creating exciting new business opportunities but also operational and organisational challenges, particularly associated with information and knowledge management. The Partnership will develop explicit knowledge management foundations to enhance service business by reducing cycle times, improving the customer interface and rationalising processes. The work will mainly be undertaken at the company’s headquarters in Rugby. You will have access to and be supported by world class academics from the Engineering Innovative Manufacturing Research Centre at the University and the Senior Management Team. This challenging post will prepare suitable candidates for major career opportunities; potentially leading and developing the company’s knowledge management strategies.
Personal development

The Company is based in Rugby and is a world leader in the design and construction of large-scale power conversion systems using the latest power system technologies. Projects are made-to–order, including system design, implementation and through life service support for customers in Marine, Oil and Gas, Energy and Industry sectors. Recent major projects include the power and propulsion systems for the next generation of all electric warships for the UK MoD, the world’s first all electric natural gas carrier and power systems for the next generation offshore wind farms.

| Habilidades: |
Candidate Profile – A minimum of 2.1 degree or / equivalent European qualification in an engineering related subject is essential. A systems / electrical engineering and/or information management component is required. Some previous industry experience is desirable. |
