My client is the largest private property developer in Dubai and one of the UAE´s leading providers of waterfront luxury projects, as well as the name behind some of the most acclaimed residential and commercial developments in Dubai. We are seeking to employ Planning Managers with experience in preparing and reviewing Master Schedules for High Rise projects. You will be in charge of providing in depth technical support to the Senior Management of the group with regard to Projects Planning, Monitoring & Controlling processes, and also provide risk assessment and value engineering for the projects. Heading a team of engineers, you would monitor development and execution progress at a Macro level and preempt claims from the Contractor. You will need to be well versed with Primavera and have hands on experience using the same. |
