I am looking to put together an unique and creative sales force. This might consist of one or two people... it might consist of more. It depends on each individuals commitment and abilities. This position is wholly commission paid so if you are looking for an hourly rate, this is not the position for you. The annual listed salary is an estimate based on sub- average sales expectations.
Current efforts are focussed on pre- release promotional output in film and video orientation revolving around the upcoming title "Love is a Four Letter Werd" which stands as the first volume in a graphic trilogy by M. Scott Ault, author and artist.
The trilogy is generally described as a 'dark, experimental examination into many of the various aspects of love, both positive and negative, carried out through literary vignettes both real and imagined.' Each of the three volumes are designed to include a healthy dose of graphical elements, text treatments and design/ layout structures concurrent with both classic and cutting edge theories for both conjunctive, and/ or disjunctive representation.
Sales Staff Compensation... Basically: Base commission is 10% with a performance bonus that can take that up to 15%. If the right candidate applies, I am willing to consider sub contracting all sales related tasks for total of 25%.
Current interest is for a remote relationship development with targeted office development taking place in the near future. I am not wholly interested in "brining" someone to Canada as I do foresee my strategic office being established somewhere in Central Europe within the year or so. |
