Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Develop the strategic framework for an holistic customer loyalty approach for all CBG customers
2. Construct an appropriate loyalty Financial Model , based on appropriate business drivers, to ensure the attainment of customer Life time value objectives derived from the strategy
3. Stay abreast of International best practices and regional benchmarks on customer loyalty, via network engagement & active source and application of emergent knowledge base
4. Extensive contact & relationship management with specialist partners and international vendors to identify mutual value creation opportunities and to purposeful execute initiatives aligned to the customer strategy
5. Build innovation into the deployment of design aspirations , including and customer engagement processes, to ensure seamless and simple customer experience
6. Craft marketing strategy and execute marketing planning to support a dominant market “ mindshare” approach
7. Conduct Market research design and planning aimed at gathering multiple customer insights to isolate key themes which will assist to forge an array of enhancements across business lines
8. Develop a range of business rules to enable data mining and assist specialist data warehouse custodians to create a platform for knowledge management to enable “micro” segmentation insights across varied customer dimensions
9. Implement continuous specific, relevant and targeted “offers” to identified segments, within a CRM and campaign blueprint, to ensure “uptake” on the customized value propositions which should lead to an active
10.Devise actions and initiative that purposely drive “migration” of customer up the spectrum of the loyalty levels ( based on the type loyalty methodology deployed)
11. Build relevant customer lifetime value models in conjunction with specialist functions, which are embedded in profitability and indicate the appropriate customer changes and have practical relevance with regards to propensity and retention initiatives
12. Project manage project initiatives( multiple work streams) - internally across business lines/ functions as well external partners based on sound and accepted project manage principles
13. Prepare & Writing and presenting numerous “ business cases” proposals to multiple stakeholders in order to get sanction and buy-in on proposed direction on key initiatives requiring investment
14. Reporting financial and non-financial evaluation of marketing activities conducted to CGN Executives
Masters Degree/ MBA
Minimum of 8-10 years banking experience, min of 1 yr in Middle. East
