The International School Villa Amalienhof (ISVA) is looking for a highly professional, diligent, and dynamic secondary math teacher who enjoys teaching in an international school environment.
ISVA offers exclusive, quality English language education to local (German) and international children. Villa Amalienhof is the only school in Berlin to follow the English National Curriculum from nursery through to ‘A’ Levels. The language of instruction is English. Many of our students go on to university in England. The school is located in the western part of Berlin with modern school facilities and has excellent resources available for use by the teacher.
Teachers are expected to teach full time and attend regular staff meetings.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
-Native English speaker from an EU country or hold a valid German work permit
-Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Applicants with Masters or Education degrees, TESOL/TEFL qualifications, and/or teaching credentials are particularly encouraged to apply
-Minimum of two years experience teaching in a secondary school, familiar with the English National Curriculum
-Provide original education diplomas, certificates, and transcripts at the time of the interview
