The tasks are to teach about 20 to 25 hours of classes. The rest of the time will be spent preparing. We use the PLS system based in Japan to teach, our school will pay for you to attend a training on this system in either Osaka or Tokyo.
You may teach a few conversation classes a week as well. The school has plenty of materials for this. The owner of the school is very generous is supplying more materials if the teacher requests so, or finds something that they want to use in the class.
You will be able to have autonomy over classroom style and freedom to be creative. |
