PT Grand Dinamika Manufacturing is an Indonesian subsidiary of Elite Manufacturing Corp.
Position reports to Elite Manufacturing in the USA.
Position requires relocation to our subsidiary, PT Grand Dinamika Manufacturing, in Jakarta Indonesia.
Job Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to on-time deliveries, production efficiencies, quality control, purchasing, inventory, human resources, etc.
The position plans and directs all aspects of an organization's operational policies, objectives, initiatives. Has extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Candidate must be able to multi-task and be ready to perform a variety of tasks as need arises. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Previous manufacturing management experience required
Work under pressure
Meet deadlines
Strategic planning to meet corporate goals
Build and lead dependable team of key personnel
Prefer hand's-on job shop style manager Metal fabrication and or machine shop experience a plus but not required
Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
Strong supervision skills
Production scheduling experience
Ability to solve problems and take initiative when required
Hand's-on supervisor that works diligently with employees on the floor |
