Search Consultant, Construction, Architecture & Design | Hong Kong
MRINetwork, one of the largest executive search organisations in the world, is presently inviting a talented individual to join our Construction, Architecture & Design recruitment team in Hong Kong as (Senior) Search Consultant. The incumbent will be managing key client accounts as well as sourcing and recruiting candidates. The main responsibility includes identifying, qualifying and recruiting talented candidates; partnering with them to understand their career motivation and play a significant part in advancing their careers by introducing them to rewarding opportunities from clients. A continuous industry leading training programme will be offered to the successful candidate, as well as fast-track career progression.
Applications are sought from existing recruiters with at least 1 year of recruitment experience in this vertical. We would also consider bright individuals with minimum 1 year of experience working in Construction, Architecture & Design or related industries. The ideal candidates should be people-oriented with high energy level. Excellent interpersonal skills are prerequisite, in particular confidence in developing relationships over the phone. Fluency in English is imperative while Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills would be beneficial. Priority consideration would be given to candidates who are already residing and/or authorised to work in Hong Kong.
