Building Project Manager - OmÁn
Duties: Supervision of businesses operating in Omán. Active participation in gaining clients/contracts. Negotiations with investors and developers. Makings regulars inspections of company`s jobsites. Negotiation of contracts and site services for the projects. Budget management and budget supervision and axecution. Meeting with customers bothinternal and external in order to solve problems. Monthly reporting to headquarters. Keeping track of progress and ensuring that the project is on time and on budget. Maintaining records of expenditure, accounting, costing and billing.
Min. 5 years experience on a similar position in an International company. Very strong managerial skills (project management, finance management). Very good knowledge of English. Very strong academic background (civil engineering+management post graduate studies). Ideal candidate knows and undestands Spanish culture and mentality.
