Sightwinder is a revolutionary online marketing platform, which combines enterprise level content management, crm extenders, behavioural targeting, automation workflow and true feedback tracking in a single solution. Our product suite allows our customers to execute online marketing strategies that act across multiple channels, including e-mail, web and mobile channels. We enable our customers to track, trace, report, convert and act.
You are responsible for the project management of the product development team. Our team is segmented into three teams. The core team; responsible for development of the core and framework layer. The application team; responsible for developing modules and features that create value on the framework layer. And lastly the implementation team; responsible for developing the partner implementation level functions, API’s and documentation. Currently, more than 15 professionals participate in our product development team.
You will work as the right hand of our product development manager. Together with our product manager, you will form the senior management of the team. The senior management is assisted by the team leaders of each respective development segment. Our management method is team and cooperation based, we value the input of any team member and stimulate internal discussion.
Job responsibilities
• Providing structure and direction for the development team
• Creating and maintaining the development schedule and product roadmap
• Participating in the solution designs and solution discussions
• Development of project documentation (technical and functional)
• Maintaining and validating business requirements
• Participating in functional and technical discussions on the system directions
• Writing progress reports
• Communication with the team leaders
• Communication with the board of directors on the product development
Your profile
• Proven track record as a project manager in a software product development team
• You are a team manager, who can work closely with his team.
• Proven experience in managing requirements and specifications, especially in flexible environments
• Long standing experience with web based solutions
• Experience with content management systems / online marketing tools
• You have a keen understanding of the internet and online solutions
• You have a good feeling for user interaction and interface design (gui)
• If you have had professional experience with CRM systems, this is a pre.
• Chinese candidates: perfect oral and/or writing skills in Mandarin, perfect oral and writing skills in either English or Dutch
• European / International candidates: perfect oral and writing skills in either English or Dutch (native speaker preferred), good oral and/or writing skills in Mandarin are a big bonus. Otherwise, willing to learn mandarin within a short period.
