You are responsible for the visual design of the platform’s user interface, including all modules and functions residing within the system. This includes feature design, user controls, visual reports, animations and dashboard applets. You are able to create a unified graphical interface, which is easy to maintain and develop. You have a keen understanding of online graphical solutions and a good knowledge and experience with Ajax, flash, xhtml and css development.
You will work in close cooperation with the team leader of the module team and the functional architect in charge of feature concepts and interaction models. You report directly to the project manager in charge of product development. Our management method is team and cooperation based, we value the input of any team member and stimulate internal discussion.
Job responsibilities
• Responsible for the visual concept of the platform
• Creating graphical user interface designs for features and functions
• Transforming interaction models into working visual designs
• Quality control over the user interface
• Researching new graphical tools and directions
• Participating in the solution designs and solution discussions

| Habilidades: |
• You can think conceptually
• You can translate concepts into working graphic designs
• Proven track record as a user interface graphic designer in a product development team
• Proven track record in interaction / GUI design for online products
• Long standing experience with web based solutions
• You have a keen understanding of the internet and online solutions
• Experience with content management systems / online marketing tools
• Chinese candidates: perfect oral and/or writing skills in Mandarin, good oral and writing skills in either English or Dutch
• European / International candidates: perfect oral and writing skills in either English or Dutch (native speaker preferred), good oral and/or writing skills in Mandarin are a big bonus. Otherwise, willing to learn mandarin within a short period.
• You are pro-active and a good communicator
• Willing to travel abroad (Europe)
