My client is a successful, growing Engineering Design Center that is working with leading avionics manufacturers to integrate avionics equipment into diverse aircraft, including helicopters, covert surveillance aircraft, and UAV's. Due to continued growth and the acquisition of new subsidiary to the company, they have added MANY engineers to their staff.
The location I work with the most is Lexington, KY and they specialize in the design and analysis of airframe structures and avionic interfaces. We are currently looking for a Team Lead - Dynamics Systems Engineer.
This individual will design, analyze, and develop processes for the development of rotorcraft dynamic systems. The rotorcraft dynamic system includes blade, control system, and drive train components for the main and tail rotor systems. They develop robust solutions suitable for the extreme loads and motions of the helicopter dynamic system. Dynamic Systems Engineers are responsible for detailed design phases, and are integral in ground and flight tests, production and aftermarket activities.
