The Hotels & Resort/Hospitality subsidiary of a real estate and construction giant in Dubai is looking for a well versed and enthusiastic Area Director of Finance.
The company is in the planning and realizing phase of opening a series of luxury hotels of five- to seven-star rating.
The Area Director of Finance is overseeing the operation of the first three stylish and unique properties and their Financial Departments, starting from the pre opening phase.
Responsibility will include the development of management reporting framework, project accounting, enhancing the companies/projects financial control environments, overall oversight of the properties/Area finance function.
The right candidate is a motivator with excellent leadership skills who has held similar rolls in the past. Opening experience is a must. Coming from an international Chain, that has experienced rapid growth is an advantage. Audit background, focused on statistics as well as strategic management.
Opening Experience is a must; Work Experience in Middle East, Asia and/or Europe is a plus.
