* A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management/Building Science
Work Experience:
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
* At least 10 years relevant building industry experience working for a main contractor on large scale multi level high rise projects
Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be responsible for , but not limited to:
* Maintaining a functional relationship with the client, client representatives, all professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, officials and anyone else involved in the project
* Subcontractor & Supplier management
* Project Planning, Programming & updating
* Quality Management. Ensuring compliance to specifications
* Commercial & Contractual administration
* Personnel performance management
* Ensuring company HSEC compliance
* Financial:
* Monitoring contract alllowables
* With the project Quantity Surveyor, ensure accurate cost control/reporting of project forecasting
