IT 2nd line Support
My client is looking to recruit dynamic individuals to become part of their expanding team. They are looking for an IT Support Technician/Network Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in networks LAN/WAN/TCP/IP, Active Directory, Exchange and Troubleshooting. He/She will have a hands on approach with great interpersonal skills, and an ability to take charge of issues as they arise. Experience of Linux and programming would be beneficial to your application. Training will also be provided.
3+ years experience in a desktop / helpdesk role would be advantageous to your application. Call logging and faultfinding skills would be ideal.
Duties to include
* Setting up printers and PC's
* General desktop support
* Installations and rollouts.
