Support (m/f) in the Use of Oracle Clinical
Contracting
Tasks:
Your tasks are the problem analysis, documentation and resolution, the coordination of the different support disciplines and the user account management. You also support the project work with regard to patches and enhancements of the above mentioned systems, specifically with respect to computer validation. You are responsible for the development of user requirements, test cases, execution of test cases and the development of user manuals and training materials.
Skills and Qualifications:
A basic knowledge of information systems and relational database management systems is required as well as en excellent knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle Clinical, Remote Data Capture and Thesaurus Management System. Furthermore you need an expert knowledge in clinical data structures, data management processes and in computer validation of large international applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent English in spoken and written as well as an analytical and team orientated character complete your profile.
