Overall purpose of the job:
Acting as focal point for HR issues. Working with other HR professionals and line management to put in place a common HR framework across the EMEA region with specific responsibility for HR issues in a defined area.
Principal responsibilities:
Focal point for issues relating to HR matters in a defined area of responsibility
Recruitment, work with line managers to put in place recruitment plans becoming involved in interviewing process as appropriate
New Employee introduction, assist in the induction of new employees into the company
Management Information, co-ordinate and maintain various HR related management information such as periodic headcount, organization charts etc
Compensation and Benefits, maintain effective framework by processing changes quickly and efficiently
Project Work as dictated by business requirements
Ad-hoc duties as required
Success indicators:
Successful development and implementation of HR framework in own area of responsibility. Provision of appropriate and timely service relating to the above responsibilities. |
| Habilidades: |
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in HR
At least 3/4 years of international HR experience
Near fluent in the English language
Flexible attitude and proven ability to work in changing environment
Based from Veldhoven, The Netherlands
Regular travel required
