We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage all aspects of candidate generation.
Responsibilities:
- Working with hiring managers to develop hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
- Identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, candidate referrals and networking
- Calling, screening and selecting prospective candidates
- Managing recruiting initiatives
- Recording recruitment activities into our applicant tracking system.
- Reporting to the Director of Recruiting
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or similar
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a search firm or recruiting company.
- 4+ years experience of headhunting and internet sourcing
- Excellent interviewing, negotiating and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of recruiting networks
