We are looking for Technical Support Professionals to work in positions across the UK.
The responsibilities of the successful applicants will be
* Providing 1st level IT support to internal colleagues
* Troubleshooting connectivity and application problems
* Deploying computer and phone systems
* Printer and copier maintenance.
* Problem escalation
* System backup and tape management.
* Participate 24/7 support rota
* Maintaining and organizing the server rooms
* Server monitoring.

| Habilidades: |
- 4 year College Degree or equivalent.
- 1 + years experience in help desk support
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking (DDNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP)
- Scripting language
- Active Directory and Exchange in Windows 2003 environment an advantage. |
