ASEAN-Hotelworks is based in Phuket. Our latest resort development project due open in 2008 requires a young male, or female, Chef, preferably Flemish/Dutch speaking due to the client mix, who can live in an island environment in Southern Thailand. The resort is currently under construction, is smal, and its clientele are mostly European, as is the management.
The Chef will join the pre-opening team, determine the OE and FF&E requirements for the kitchen and possibly for the restaurant and train the local staff. Set hygiene standards, prepare menus and regularly changing promotions , recipes. Contemporary outlook required, with a keen eye for food presentation with flair. Position reports to General Manager. Only non-smokers are welcome. Due to visa restrictions this project does not have any other vacancies. |
| Habilidades: |
Certification or diploma from a recognized, European institution with several years experience at sous-chef level. Must have an organized mind and able to put in long hours. Extravert, non-confrontational, flexible, presentable, height in proportion to weight. |
