A small Rotational Molder (50-55 employees) 24/7 3 Shift operation has an immediate opening for an experienced hands-on Production Manager to join their professional and friendly team.
Develop and implement manufacturing systems designed to produce maximum efficiency and quality.
Review production orders to ascertain product data for types, quantities, and specifications of products. Produce monthly production schedules and monitor daily ensuring machine utilization, assembly times, on-time delivery, and reduce scrap rate.
Assist in daily process and production problem solving and establish standards for new tooling and products.
Review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems ensuring minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
Facilitate research and development of new processes and materials enhancing capabilities in the market place.
