Descipción del Empleo: Assistant Managing Director of Finance & Administration

Reporting to the Managing Director, this pivotal role provides critical financial and administrative supervision through out of Corporation.

You will ensure the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the assigned departments within the current corporate organizational structure. These key departments include Finance, Materials Management, Information Computer Technology and Human Resources.


Your core competencies for this role will include; strong leadership skills, solid accounting skills and management expertise. You will have excellent technological proficiency and be able to continue to and implement strategic decisions that impact on the performance of the organization together with a track record of evaluating services, facilitating improvements and sustainable change.


You will have a MBA or a Masters Degree in Health Care Management or related field together with a minimum of five years experience of working at Board level with in a complex Healthcare organization. You will be able to evidence success in process and performance improvements to international quality standards.

You should also be able to demonstrate strong experience of managing financial and HR elements of a large organization.

You will have excellent communication skills, be aware of the diversity of cultural issues and be a team player.

These posts offer an alternative health career outside of the UK with the opportunity to be at the forefront of a new and exciting initiative.

In return you will receive a generous tax-free salary plus housing, annual flights, 50 days annual leave, end of contract bonus & 365 days sunshine plus transport allowance, annual flights, free schooling for children (if applicable), insurances and other great benefits.
