Thai Head Chef.
To open a new Thai restaurant. Create a new authentic Thai menu.
Must have 5 years supervisory experience at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Will be required to manage the kitchen alone and all kitchen staff and chefs. Must have extensive experience of all Thai foods including meat and fish dishes. Will be required to oversee all food operations and to ensure that the kitchens run smoothly and efficiently. Will manage budgets, food margins, order fresh ingredients and produce.Will be responsible for kitchen profit and loss and ensuring productivity. Will capable of leading and motivating a team of people. Will report directly to owners and will liaise with all management to ensure a smooth service for customer.
