German Customer Care Representative
Location: Budapest
Hours of work: 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday
Salary
240.000 - 250.000 HUF per month
Languages: Fluent German essential, fluent/advanced English and Hungarian desirable
Job role:
Working in a team within a customer service centre environment, responsible for the resolution of incoming contacts from our clients customers and dealers.
The ideal candidate must be customer focused with a eye for detail and an ability to work on their own initiative to resolve the queries raised in line with our client’s policies. Not only will you be dealing with issues on the telephone from German speaking customers you will also be responding to German correspondence in the forms of letters, emails and faxes.
The ideal candidate must also have a working knowledge of Microsoft packages, be a able to work under pressure and have a creative flair for problem solving
