Savvy Inbound Sales Person - Job Duties:
1. Represent dedicated server hosting & colocation services, provide general customer service.
2. Handle inbound telephone calls from an 800 number.
3. Respond to inquiries sent to our company and leads submitted from web site inquiry form into Salesforce.com
4. Respond to live online chat inquiries using LivePerson application.
5. No outbound cold calling
6. Some outbound calling from our database of past prospective clients
7. Pre-paring orders, customer upgrade requests, and provide front-line customer service.
8. Additional duties as required from a small, fast growing start-up company.

Required Qualifications:
• A self-starter with proven track record of success in sales.
• Ability to work from your own location and without any supervision.
• Requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and professional experience with contact management software |
