Scope
Responsible for providing Construction related deliverables needed for compiling Proposals, and construction activities in ongoing project sites. Assist in recruitment effort of construction personnel, and development of construction related documents.
Role :
Providing support for preparation of construction inputs during bidding and/or execution of Projects which includes:
Development of Histograms for construction management
Estimation of Temporary facilities & costs
Participation in site visits during proposal stage.
Preparation of Bid documents for sub-contracting construction works
Review of sub-contract bids, discussions thereof with intending bidders, negotiations with bidders & finalizing sub-contracts’ costs
Review of proposed mobilization of Construction equipment & manpower by sub contractors.
Review of Project schedules for proposals.
Review of construction BOQs of all disciplines & interface with Discipline Design engineers for the same
Preparation of Technical write up for bidding.
Assistance in finalization of sub-contracts for projects awarded to company.
Development of installation philosophy for heavy equipments in a project.
Carrying out Constructability study during proposal stage & for ongoing projects (including maintainability study) & discussions with Project managers/ Owner representatives
Participation in Model review of Projects being implemented for constructability issues
Development of Procedures, Work instructions, method statements for projects.
Review of resume of potential candidates & their interviews for employment in the company
Development of Construction specifications/ standards for implementation
On Need base, deputation to Project sites to support construction Management team
Support to Project Managers on construction related issues as & when needed

| Habilidades: |
Bachelors Degree in Engineering and minimum of 15- 25 (fifteen) years of related experience, or a minimum of 15 (ten) years experience in construction management at major project sites
Organization skills, good written and verbal communication skills.
A good understanding of project scheduling.
A good understanding of oil & gas processing plants, major equipments, and field erection techniques and practices.
Fair knowledge of all disciplines of engineering design. Excellent leadership skills and natural decision maker.
Good presentation and negotiating skills.
Knowledge of Heavy equipment erection, high capacity cranes.
Knowledge of construction techniques of Cross country pipelines, Off shore structures like jetty, bridges etc.
