Descipción del Empleo: We are hiring experienced lead generation candidate who would bring extensive experience and skill in the outside prospecting, lead management, and pre-sales activity. The incumbent will also be responsible for handling the business development, achieving targets from activities as IT consulting, outsourcing, application software development and implementation, customization and support services.

Incumbent will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, suggest appropriate S/W solutions to the client based on PayAutoMata products/technology/services/competencies. The incumbent would be expected to achieve sales and collection targets.

The roles and responsibilities will include some of the following:

1. Responsibility for Pre-Sales activities including responding to request for proposals, information, queries from customers, creation of presentations for pre-sales, client meetings developing and managing leads and prospects into potential clients and hand off to sales.
2. Establish, maintain and build current client and potential client relationships and try to acquire more business from them either by referrals or identification of new scope.
3. Writing Proposals for new opportunities
4. Direct marketing and online marketing activities in order to develop leads and prospects.
5. Manage profiles on top 20 leading project/job portals.
6. Write and manage request for quotes (RFQ) and request for proposals (RFP).
7. Gather client requirements and be able to draft proposals in alignment with client requirements.
8. Business Analysis and Solution Design for various business prospects.
9. Translating these requirements into functional specifications & detailed plans.
10. Strong in Estimation, Project Planning, Resource Loading and Pricing.
11. Requirement gathering and analysis, preparation of functional requirement and system requirement specification documents
12. Acting as an interface between the client and the technical team, analyzing the business process.
13. Identify, Present and Sell company services to potential clients.
14. International Cold Calling Experience/Database Harvesting and Mass mailing as a part of sales.
15. Prepare action plans to meet given targets and fill the sales pipeline.
16. Identify business development partners, and acquire business on a follow-up basis.
17. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
18. Develop and maintain sales materials and current service knowledge.
19. Resolve client concerns, coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales and support required to delivery.

2. Able to remain open-minded and change opinions on the basis of new information.
3. Able to think conceptually.
4. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication & Written Skills.
5. Must be fluent in English.
6. Strong sales and marketing skills
7. Strong high closing rate
8. Experience in selling consulting services, software development, web development, graphic development, Online Marketing services and other information services.
