Position Description
TITLE: Business Development Manager
Incumbent: Open
Report To: Vp Technical Services
As a part of the Middle East Business Development and Marketing team, working on the strategic
And operational activities to promote and increase the profile of Cansult Maunsell and AECOM, this role will focus on:
„X The growth of Cansult Maunsell¡¦s Client base in the Middle East and secure and projects and opportunities in the Middle East
„X The maintenance of Cansult Maunsell¡¦s existing Client base
„X Assist in the coordination and integration of activities with Cansult Maunsell offices around the Region and other AECOM companies located locally and around the world
„X Management of the Cansult Maunsell Marketing database
„X Oversight of the various publications
Reporting will be directly to the VP of InterOPCO Coordination and Technical Services but will also interact with Senior VP¡¦s and the CEO and Group CEO.
The position is full time
Key Responsibility Areas
- Coordinator of all Cansult Maunsell pursuits and proposals in the Middle East to avoid conflicts of interest between clients and various Cansult Maunsell offices
- Promoting Cansult Maunsell services and working with the Business Line Leaders to coordinate activities to foster integration between Cansult Maunsell and with other AECOM operating companies in the Middle East
- Developing and coordinating business opportunities to explore and/or secure Cansult Maunsell¡¦s involvement with AECOM operating companies and key Middle East clients
- Coordinating/producing specific marketing materials for use in the Middle East by all Cansult Maunsell Offices
- Supporting and coordinating relevant marketing activities for Cansult Maunsell offices working in the region
- Analyses: industry and development trends; Cansult Maunsell¡¦s proposals win/loss ratios; clients;
- Communicating and reporting Middle East activities to VP Technical Services
- Establishing and maintaining Middle East client data base. Oversee the introduction of a user-friendly database
- Seeking, evaluating and recommending appropriate outreach activities for marketing Cansult Maunsell at conferences, symposiums, speaking opportunities, trade shows, etc.
- Producing quarterly reports on the Middle East for discussion
- Arranging and participating on national or international conference calls with relevant staff as required
- Oversight of the various Cansult Maunsell Publications and press releases.
